Shipping & Delivery

Every rug is made to order in Jaipur. Hand-knotted rugs take about 13 to 14 weeks to make, and every other rug takes about 4 to 6 weeks. Then we ship it to you free, with duties already paid.

How long it takes

Your rug goes on the loom once you order. Dyeing, weaving or knotting, washing, drying and finishing all happen by hand. A hand-knotted rug takes about 13 to 14 weeks (90 to 100 days). Handwoven, flatweave and hand-tufted rugs take about 4 to 6 weeks. A custom colour adds 1 to 2 weeks for colour approval. We'll email you an expected finish date, and we'll tell you straight away if anything changes.

Delivery

When your rug is ready, we roll it, wrap it and ship it from our workshop to your door. Shipping is free to every country we deliver to. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it leaves us. Delivery times depend on where you are and how quickly customs clears it, and we'll give you a realistic estimate when it ships.

Duties and import taxes

We pay any customs duties and import taxes before your rug ships. The price at checkout is the full price, so there's nothing to pay the courier when it arrives.

Getting ready for delivery

• Check that your delivery address is complete and correct.
• Large rugs are heavy, so make sure someone can receive it and the courier can reach your door.
• Look over the packaging when it arrives. If anything looks damaged, note it with the courier before you sign, and email us a photo.
