Made by hand in Jaipur, from preparing the yarn to finishing the edges.
We work with weavers, dyers and finishers in Jaipur to make our rugs. Hand-knotted, handwoven and hand-tufted rugs are made differently; each product page explains the construction and materials.
Most rugs take about 4–6 weeks to make. Larger hand-knotted pieces can take longer. We’ll confirm the expected timing for your order and help with any questions before you buy.

Answers to help you choose and plan your order.
How long will my rug take?
Most rugs take about 4–6 weeks to make. Larger hand-knotted pieces can take longer. Check the product page for the estimated shipping date; delivery time depends on your destination. Tell us before ordering if you need it by a particular date.
Can I get it in another size?
Rugs marked “custom sizes available” can be made in other dimensions. Tell us the rug and measurements you need and we’ll confirm the options and price. Ask about a custom size.
Can I see the colour before I order?
A sample can help you check colour and texture in your room. Tell us which rug you’re considering and we’ll confirm the sample options and timing. Ask about a sample.
Will a new wool rug shed?
New wool rugs can shed loose fibres at first. Gentle, regular vacuuming helps. If you’re concerned about your rug, send us a photo and we’ll help.
How do I look after it?
Vacuum weekly without a beater bar, blot spills with a dry white cloth, rotate every 6–12 months and use a rug pad. Full care guide.
